The gravel is pretty. Why is that concrete blocks not filled in with fiber mixed concrete for reinforcement? I'm just curious. I am not a home builder, but have poured many slabs in my time here among other things and you would that that's filled in. Once that's done over a fat footing underneath, you can go bolt the #### out of the house.

On the wood stoves...
First... I've had a bad lower back injury for 6 years. Gotten much better. But unable to set myself up to go cut wood. I had to buy it. Usually got ripped off.
Second... I have two electric meters on my house. One is for heat only. I pay only 5.7 cents/KWH for heat. Pretty darn affordable heat. Thank God for Electric Cooperatives. Best in the business.Dave_in_AZ Thanks this. -
