The gravel is pretty. Why is that concrete blocks not filled in with fiber mixed concrete for reinforcement? I'm just curious. I am not a home builder, but have poured many slabs in my time here among other things and you would that that's filled in. Once that's done over a fat footing underneath, you can go bolt the #### out of the house.

    On the wood stoves...
First... I've had a bad lower back injury for 6 years. Gotten much better. But unable to set myself up to go cut wood. I had to buy it. Usually got ripped off.
Second... I have two electric meters on my house. One is for heat only. I pay only 5.7 cents/KWH for heat. Pretty darn affordable heat. Thank God for Electric Cooperatives. Best in the business.

    Life of a trucker........
Go from freezing my balls off in Iowa on Tuesday, to sweating my balls off in Alabama on Thursday.
Pretty soon, I shall have no balls.

Opus, you finish all your carrots and be thankful for sweating your balls off. There are hundreds of truckers around Cheyenne that would love to have sweat on their balls right now.

Unknown. I know I actually have the windows cracked here in Oreygone, first time in like 4 months. Be interesting if they have the chain up on, on US 20 when I leave tomorrow. Was nice yesterday and today.
