Keep the faith.. I have a feeling there will be a lot of "handyman" types showing up within 6 months. Gonna be a lot of folk returning to work and as many loose cause the place they were at closed.

Run a cheap ad in a local paper or community rag:
    Wanted..
Handymen to legally connect 120v line from house to shed.
Will furnish supplies and pay cash on completion.
    Phone:

Finish work is done by cabinetmakers... Dependable construction is done by Barn builders. Plumbing and elec vary by what, and who plus how much...

There’s a guy here, he’s been doing handyman stuff for a long time. He’s pretty good. In fact I saw him today. He takes care of the apt buildings where mom lives. Does what ever else he can. He’s eighty three (83) years old. So there’s a limit to what he can do these days.

That is the handyman you either love or hate. We have a handyman around us (I don't use him, but seen results) that I have a thought he could fix a gas leak with scotch tape. (Sarc) But he's pretty creative.

How often do you need lights or power there? Mount a power strip on the wall plug a overhead light into it and run an outside cord to the strip when you need it. You will still have empty outlets on the strip.
