The area in a meat packing plant where they hang the output from the weiner making machine. As ground meat is forced into cello casing to force out ropy lengths of product, which are pinched at various lengths. These are arrayed on mobile racks to off load into an area for further processing. Hence we called it the weiner room at Bryans.

Fun, the 1 lb package of Smokey Hollow franks/hot dogs you get, I delivered in a 10 lb box. Nomenclature on the bill: 1-10 Cello No Jax..
Meant one, ten pound box, of one pound cellophane wrapped packages, of skinless wieners.
Hanging in there might be franks, link sausages, bologna, etc as produced by machines, and then age/dried. smoked etc.
Now bologna , in 5 pound sticks, Visking or Gut. 1-Visking Bolo, was a stick of bolo encased in a clear wrap by the Visking Corp.
1-Gut Bolo was 5 Lb stick encased in gut membrane.
Learned a lot about meat packing, toting carcass beef off the trolley into reefer to ship.OJT first public job after HS, awaiting a truck route.

 

That time and material? Should he do you a good job, very reasonable. Consider; and I do not know your health status, you might want to conversationally interview him on how he got in this work, what opportunity abounds in your area, does he need a helper, what is helper pay, (cash only), and you could start simultaneous with him on your job.

Down here it is required to have; within a 100 miles, a bush in your front yard. It will be about waist high, sturdy, and the protruding branches be less than 5/8 and at least cut back to 4 inches long. You then obtain a collection of varied colored glass long necked bottles to cap the ends . Makes for a colorful and
