    That is bottom round, likes a wet cook. Cut that thin, it will cook to fast, be dry and tough, so the wet layer controls the cook. Keeps the moisture in. That cooked out to a medium rare.

    Brush the grates when the food comes off, falls into the slide out tray. Pull the tray, brush and scrape into the trash can. Ready to go in 5 minutes or less, no fuss no mess.

    Long story short. Bought one. Then several bad things happened. . Finally took it way down almost to the coast and left it under a tree at a rest area ~ true story.
    I found a couple books at the austin liberry about gnomes. Who ever wrote em had a terrific imagination. They were adult books not kid books. Even had some nudity.
