What if it Snows?

22hr drive later i have arrived in montana . took about 18 hours to drive up here , pulled over a couple times for a nap . it sure is nice running 1300 miles in 22 hours total. And i didnt need a stupid elog to tell me i was tired..... It sure does suck sleeping in the front seat though, very uncomfortable lol starting orientation tmrw, usually ive never been able to sleep the night before starting a new job but i wont have any problems with that tonight lol

Going to wake up at 4 am and take a bus to Macaé tomorrow.. Macaé is about 2 hrs north of here.. Will have another blood test done... And for the second time I go there, it's going to be raining....

 

Hey Mr. @WesternPlains ... I Google that... didn't know Hemingway cats had an extra toe/thumb.... for some reason I thought that cat didn't have a tail... but I guess it does... right? It's a very big cat.. another one that needs exercising....

I do ok with Cats studied them a long time. No such thing as a normal adorable cat. They are all nutcases, conniving, lawbreaking, double talking, two timing, stealing, sneaky....

er... lets hold up on all that.

I should go back to old Tool, the last shepard I had to deal with in life. #### thing was empty headed. But that thing was VERY smart in basic life problems involving me.

Maybe I am the empty headed person in this thing. I lost Tool to natural causes at 14 and it's so many decades ago I have not stopped having a tear for him now and then.

 

IF I had anything GOOD to say about a cat it's this.

As a deaf person, somehow the Cat figures it out. Hes all over the knee upside down under a blanket snoring and absolutely dead to the world. Hot day outside like 120 and nothing moving in the frosty air conditioning making ice on some of my window panes and metal frames of all things. Too hot to do anything.

The minute that lady meter reader parks her little POS S10 pickup at the end of my land like 600 feet from my home I get a ear *(ALERT!!!! swivels around to track her all the way by her footsteps to my electric meter box on the side of our bedroom at the house corner. As long that #### lady does not touchaanything TWO ears track her now. Back towards the vehicle.

Rest of cat dead to the world.

Now if the meterlady wants to fiddle with the seals and all that stuff ON the house? I have 4 sets of claws out drawing blood and traction as it's GONE.

And I mean G. O. N. E.

The first time it took me 5 hours to find the #### thing, the second time the following year it only took three. The third time was worse, took 6.

There is the whisker showing at the far curve of waterheater. (Nice... what a smart kitty... defensible as all get out too, toasty in winter... #### what a life.. Makes ME jealous...) HOW IN HELL DID THAT THING UP THERE!? OH &^%$%....

STovetop, fridge then bounce off window sill the last 7 foot jump over and 4 feet higher to reach top of water heater. badda bip bumb and thump bounce and hes up there.

#### cat ....

Ive cursed it, Ive ###### it, Ive threatened it to the inch of it's life sometimes and so on. Once in a while it's actions are very human.

All I can do is laugh.

 

All three of my dogs (one Dobie and two Drents) consider kitties Scooby snacks. Other than that, we could use a good mouser.
