Well, actually random is pretty much random.
I had 15-20 drivers working for me and there were several that never once got called up.
The salesman, on the other hand got hit 3 or 4 months in a row (and I know for a natural fact that he didn't use drugs).
On the other hand, if you went to work for Schneider, you can expect a 'random' within the first 30 days.
