    Yep,crunchy on the outside,still soft on the inside.
    I smoke them at 200 and then go to 475 to crisp them up.
    Unless the the rhinos visit you during the cook.
    Then you end up with burned tots allegedly. Lol
    I use a fork and my wife uses a spoon.
