Probably true. Sun Tsu - never fight a land war in Asia. They went into it with no exit plan. Attrition them into submission. Would think they would change tactics after a while since it wasnt working. 30:1 kill ratio wasnt good enough. Only war we have been in since WWII that had a real exit plan was the 1st Gulf war. the rest have all been the army playing Call of Duty. Or War Thunder (great game BTW)
