I like grapefruit but rarely buy it. It's now on my grocery list.

Caution.. Some meds I take specify :"Take with food and lots of water." Most also allow or mention "or juice" then exclude grapefruit juice.
Bummer to me, as for years, I could drink a samall glass of grsapefruit juice befor eachj mesal and lose weight nicely.
