I don't know how they are up your way, but down here a seedless watermellon isn't as sweet as a seeded watermellon. That being said my wife will never buy another seed watermellon much to my dismay. I don't even know if you can buy a seeded mellon anywhere anymore.

I just went and got All-Starred.....now I gotta put in a few hours westbound. I have to pick up another load of enzymes ASAP, then cannonball it right back here.
