Mom brought burgers from church benefit thingy. Not bad

 

We had those EXACT TV trays!!!

We didn't usually eat in front of the TV......only for the MLB world series, or the all star game, or if they were gonna have one of those "summer blockbuster two hour variety shows", the ones with a "Cavalcade Of Stars".

 

Just PM'd ya..... apparently, no operators were "standing by".......

 

These are about to be put in the refrigerator for about 5 hours and when they come out they will be happy happy happy

 

THAT'S the way to go to a church supper....line your pockets with ziploc bags, bring home lunches for the next 3 days!

 

I ain’t doing nothing else today.

 

Picked up a fresh load of enzymes in Cedar Rapids, heading eastbound and down.

Due to awakening hide warnings along I-80/280, I left an hour and a half of wheel time on the table.

Timely delivery is not in jeopardy.

However, when I exited the highway to post up at this Kwik Star, several carloads of hides followed me down the ramp.

I went to use the can, and when I came out, most of them were still staring at the hot case as though they had never seen fried chicken and pizza before.

I'm also disappointed that, for as hot as it's been these last couple days, there has been a DEPLORABLE lack of cleavage displayed by female hides.

Maybe they haven't been up to the lake enough to.....uh....."ripen the tomatoes" yet this year.

I can't help it.

I wanna see 'em all, I wanna see 'em NOW!
