Looks like one of those "hourly" kinda places.

 

I went past one the other day on 80 in Nevada that left an easy trail for about 5 miles, saw the tire then marks from the wheel, then couple miles later they FINALLY figured it out and stopped, I drove by, in Nevada heat, because you can't fix stupid.
