And. The Mighty Equinox has been tire sensored up to the tune of eighty (80) smackers. I guessed fifty (50)
That's for one (1) sensor thingy.

Swiss chard is considered a bitter green.
Cooking will tone that down. Adding something like lemon juice or balsamic vinegar will also tone down the bitter flavor. If you steam it, don’t overcook it. Just to the wilted stage.

I like to sauté it. Wash, cut the core stem out so the leaves are halved, then do a chiffonade cut on it. In a large dry pan over moderate heat, put the chard in. As it heats, stir to the point of just wilted, and a splash of olive oil, stir then add an acid, lemon juice or balsamic vinegar. Remove from heat sprinkle a little salt and ground pepper. A pat of butter is nice as well.

It was ok steamed. I didn’t put anything on it. I’ll try some of your suggestions next time.

Can be used in place of spinach or kale in some things as well.
If you’re so inclined, it can be eaten raw. Like mixed into a salad. Just don’t use a lot of it.
