The flooding in the Texas Hill country is a tragic unfortunate situation. However, here is a picture for Roger.

Like a Chinese fire drill the number of pieces of equipment and operators, and possibility of an accidental spill or equipment flip. They could build an adjacent structure for what they have tied up in equipment. Surely that is odd or occasional, not the normal way of loading.

Hey @tramm01 what part of this construction mess on 84 are you responsible for? Don’t lie, I know you have something to do with it.

Thanks for it, and I have been keeping up on other sources. A terrible situation. And more wearisome is the starting to try to blame it on some one, some service, the local government.
Nature and life's tragedies will always occur. A simple warning sign posted along the campground area of Flood Zone, should keep people out.
Locals had probably seen similar in the past and were aware of the threat but: Nature is a brutal teacher.....
Between 2 and 7 a.m. July 4, the Guadalupe River in Kerrville rose 35 feet, according to a flood gauge in the area.
And some reports were of it rising 28 feet in a 45 minute period.
