    Got a truck fridge FREE here in Ohio... just needs a bungie cord to hold it closed. No more OTR for this guy.. thought about it, but.. mmmm... nope, I'm good. Maybe next year. Maybe not.

    I dont know if you still can. Yet the rose bowl stadium in pasadena (arroyo canyon off the 210) has mega places to park. Less than a half mile off the free way. Tho they might frown on you if you have to idle. I would use Lot K. I am surprised more truckers havent used it yet. So close to the free way and toooo much parking space.

    Learned to drive there. As there was no one to run into lol.

    Bwahahahahahahah no light posts were there in 1980 grin. Maybe they put them there so the locals learning to drive would see the parked cars?

    Mind you the map doesnt show you. The Rose Bowl stadium is in a depression. Som 60 some odd feet below the surrounding residents above on the hills. No residents live on the floor down there. Just a golf course to the north. Virtually no traffic either. Tho dont go near it around new years. They make the floats near there and there will be alot of tourists there.

    It is also a flood plain. Yet the empty dam above now retains any flooding

    I used to paint the lines there at the stadium with the Pasadena Junior Commerce Association. The paint is actually a fertilizer.
