What class do you run in that? I was running E production when I was racing a MG. I tried FSP but the car just didn't have enough power to be competitive. Nice triumph

That was my street car. After the engine rebuild was putting out a tad over 100 horse on the dyno.

Was crew for a G prod... 1200 cc motor. Would swap that motor into my street car to run it in.

Was building an F-production (1300 motor) when the snobs started flooding into the regional field and I lost interest.

Street car is in storage waiting for me to freshen it up. Tied in for the trip north......

Im currently watching a cluster F at USG in Houston. They're slammed with trucks and not enough room to park and wait to get loaded.

Sears Point, spent many a weekend at that track.
Both AFM and SCCA as well as karts.
    Fun times.

The track was owned by Filmways corp. for a long time.
The 1970 movie Little Fauss and Big Halsy had a lot of filming done at the track.

I used to run around out there in the 90's.

Also was support for the GT6 that ran as GT3 class..... Wow just did a search for the couple that ran that car. The Patrick fire burned up all their stuff a couple of years ago.

The Bob Bondurant driving school was located there.
    Used to run Datsun cars.

I did school with Barber down in Laguna Seca in an old Cortina powered Formula Ford.

For the last drive of the school they let us try out the new Formula Mazda..... Was a cool step up till I almost overran a corner cause my feet where too big for the toe box. Took half a second to get my foot out of the frame tubing and onto the brake pedal. Just pulled into the pit and stopped cause that car and me where an unsafe combination.
