    The wind does make it a B. The last two times I've been over Tillman Bridge by the dam, including last night, it's been hooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwling.

    They have the sign up " Not Advised."

    They had that up by 80 for vehicles going my way ( US 95 ) south, but they also have full " Highway Closed " lights, and they weren't flashing. There's a couple open patches where it hits you flush that you say The Lords Prayer for awhile.
