    Walking is amazing on lowering your blood sugar levels. If I'm up to let's say 140 and go for a 27-30 min. walk it will drop 35-40 points before I'm done with the walk and stay low for hours.

    Been listening to some Jordan maxwell vids on you tube , interesting if you like ancient history concerning purported biblical truths . His remarks on saturn and the movements of the sun concerning the new testiment are fascinating.
