What if it Snows?

It doesn’t happen often, but I personally have done three large insurance jobs for water damage caused by a split hose. One of them was almost six figures, it rained down through three condo units

 

About every 5 Years and replace with another Braided Hose

 

Changing out a couple Hoses for $30 or 40 is quite painless compared to dealing with a burst Hose and the the associated aggravation

I even replace the Braided Supply Lines on the Toilets at the same intervals

 

House went for seventy thousand. (70000) Needs work
Saw this in garage lol

 

Currently eighty eight (88) F degrees

 

Wait till they break , have good reason to mop behind washer and dryer . Buy you some steel braided hoses sold most any hardware and depot of homes esse .

 

As Hunting season approaches the area.

ran plated copper supplys on everything 20yrs ago good for another 20 or 30 yrs i'd say . Rector seal on threads and ferrel , the shutt off valves will probably go bad b4 lines idk tho wolverine brass was purdy good stuff .
