That's right up there with shi the bed.

 

Started at 195, about 7-8 hours, the butcher paper wrap and bump to 225. Pull it off at 195 internal temp, put in 150 degree oven for an hour or 2. That picture was after unwrapping.

 

Catzilla has entered the city. Shelter in place.

 

Never understood that, cat is a red meat. Personally, always thought it was more like duck.

 

Gonna have to go with too much onion.
