What did you do at a plasma center?

 

I’m down to 170 and holding there. Was 185.

 

Unless you are really short, I would say either of those weights are very good. I'm just shy of 6' and about 195... got a bit of a gut, could stand to loose 10 pounds around the middle.

 

Shoot I haven’t been that since I was in 8th grade! I’m 6’2”, and 240 lb, been that for the last 6 years. Was only 210 when I got married, must be a Testosterone surplus or maybe, “Hey there’s only 4 bites left, can you eat that so we don’t have to put an almost empty dish in the fridge?” Me, stretches, “yep, sure.”

 

O.K. tain season has arrived. Guessers are talking about 2 inches today and an inch each of the next couple of days. Glad the property has good drainage and aint in a swampy location.
