I made mayonnaise. It didn't work. I had to add fine pizza flour to thicken it. I saw a video and used cooked eggs hard boiled. It taste like the cooked yellow center. I put spicey mustard in it, which is a nice flavor.

 

You all get much of that solar radiation out there? Friends got a wind farm for the wind, but thinking of putting in some panels as a sort of a supplement. Kind of like them farmers using a cover crop and still harvesting it.
