I made an offhand comment Monday morning first thing about one of the other half’s co-workers being F’d up like a Nigerian’s checkbook— only I didn’t say Nigerian— the trip south for a couple days helped to defrost things— not a total thaw, but better than frozen— good luck man

 

The clock has struck toddie time and there will be fresh shrimp and crab cakes— The Boys will act as my food testers just in case this frosty deal is a ruse

 

Jesus this made me laugh. I bet you were thanking your lucky stars for that trip south

 

Doing my part to contribute to the evening. My wife has informed me that just being there doesn’t count as enough of a contribution.
