What if it Snows?

I do like the fridge cuz i like to eat salad and healthy stuff but i enjoy getting out of the truck and having to scavange for food and talk to humans every once in awhile lol

 

He's gotta start somewhere at least he will own it someday.

 

I don't know how we survived years ago with no motel features in a truck & having to use phones at the TS.

 

Hope it has a fridge

 

Yeah... I'm a little concerned about The Sisters... Ive got to do a drop & hook in Ogden in the morning before heading for the barn.

But on the plus side I did make it past Elk Mtn... I avoided it all togetjer and run US30 through Medicine Bow.

 

Bobtailing eastbound I-80 into Reno "All Trucks Must Exit" @ mm4.
Him: Going to give you a level 3.
He checks the lights and wipers then comes to the door.
Going to orientation for LS so only paper logs.
Didn't have the days graph filled out. Let the guy know it would be a few before I could move my notes to the form and hand him a copy.
Him: Show me what you got
Me: (yellow pad of scribbles)
Him: Where' you coming from
Me: Stockton
Him: You have your permit book in order?
Me: Yes (handing it over)
Him: (goes to his truck)
Comes back with the permit book and completed report and hands it off.
Him: Where did you start from, Sacramento?
Me: No, Stockton.
Him: S a c r a m e n t o ???
Me: (one Mississippi, two Mississippi) Um yeah, Sacramento.
Him: Good, then we don't have to do anything else
Me: (like a dumb ###) Because?
Him: (over his shoulder walking away and annoyed) 100 mi radius.
Me: Just checking.
Him: (turning back toward me) And you'll be back tonight, right?
Me: Absolutely
Him: Drive safe
Level 3 changed to level 2 walk around.

Right?? A good running truck , heat for the winter and cold for the summer, a decently comfy bed and im good to roll across the country.. I get depressed if i stay in truck all day and dont talk to nobody, especially after a bad day its nice to talk to a waitress or even a couple seconds with the cashier if theres nobody in line. Its the little things
