It would be epic if all the truckers shut down on the day elds are mandated . the biggest strike in world history . nobody would have no food to buy , no gas to put in the car for one day . thats it . government would bow down to us and give us what we wanted. Oh man i guess its good to dream sometimes

Who knows , typical government bs.. If they change anything it will only make it worse. Just need to get rid of it all and make the qualifications to drive a truck much harder. That is the problem . to much crazies with a license. And they ruin it for the rest of us honest folks out here just trying to make a living with what were given

Nothing would come of it...the middle-eastern imports would be covering all the freight at a lower rate than even Jerry Moyes ever dreamed of!

    Dream... dream... dream...
BTW... I read that Brazilian truckers were going to strike again next Monday.. they do that at least once a year here in Brasil... but it may not happen... the worker's movement party is not going to support them...

That jives with your current 70, the other screen showing you have 31 hours available.

Probably just the way it's formatted for some stupid reason, cause the hours you would get back according to it are from your last 70.

You'll know in a few hours if it's messed up when midnight gets here.

But I'm betting it's just the way it's formatted, it won't give those back.

If it does, you need to report it, and get it straitened out.

One other thing my friend told me is that now... they can't run 4 mph and over without that ELD putting them on driving immediately... :angry2: they now have the yard move function.. so they can go a little faster but that is on duty.. :angry1: We didn't have that before...
And now... they have to be on ON duty in order to fill out the inspection form and other stuff that before we could do without having to show on duty... :angry1:
In other words.. more BS to deal with.. more work and less money... and more headache and pain in the but nonsense....
And I bet this is already causing more drivers' stress, causing drivers to go faster trying to "gain" time and it's also affecting parking..

The grizzle bearded yellow engine drivers talked a mean game lol. I've been on strike before, it's just let me going to work. You have to show up at the line to get your whole $250 strike check for the week lol.
