    Not really... I am sorry... I am now saving some $$$$ and cooking in the appartment here.... So.. it's generally brown rice and cooked veggies... and salads.. the same thing I used to cook in the truck... the only difference is that I can use olive oil to cook the garlic and onions first and then take some more time preparing the veggies and the seasoning and such... Cause in the truck I couldn't do much... lack of space, or running water and lack of time... you know how it goes... :rolleyes:

    One thing I don't like here in Cabo Frio is that it's always humid... so humid that by the end of the day my skin is sticky.... even if I have not perspired much.... this humidity penetrates everywhere.... :biggrin_2552:
