What if it Snows?

I also drink premier but can't do while I'm eating, upsets my stomach.

 

I drink it cause the protein is supposed to help the sugars not spike. Plus it should help with heartburn.

 

For me it helps keep my blood sugar up, mine will fall face in the toilet though.

 

Odd. Since this has no sugar in it. But if it works it works.

 

It's the protein. My neurological recommended it after I pass out in my van a few years ago, had me on vitamin injections (B) and said to start drinking those and it has helped.

Your body I guess turns protein to a sugar, but it's some kind of sugar (I can't remember which) that works for both issues.
