    Finally got my tank back at 5pm, started out for Des Moines, got 3hrs up the road, and tripped over the rhinoceros.

    Think it was during the Carter administration, the government put into law that a car’s speedometer could only display a maximum of 85 mph. With an emphasis on 55 mph. Was short lived. People didn’t like it.
