Yes.. lots of vendors selling food on the beach... but nothing really "fancy"... they sell pizza, corn, fruit salads, snacks, lots of "salgados" which I don't know how to explain cause I have never seen them in America.. but when I find them, I will take pictures and post here...

The most delicious street food that I know are in Salvador, BA.. that's in the northeast of Brasil and most of their food was brought from African countries... they are very spicy and very oily.. fried in yellow oil called "dende".. they use sea food, shrimps, crabs, black beans, lobster and lots of other things...
For now.. here are some pictures of Baianas (cook ladies from Bahia) selling their traditional typical foods...






The sweets are made with coco and nuts and peanuts and sugar...

 

Ohh, that stuff looks good, especially if it's spicy.

So I have gone 10 years without getting lit up and pulled over. Till Tuesday that is. Got pulled over by CHP in truckee clean level 3. Then today Nevada trooper lights me up another level 3. Are they behind and trying to catch up before the end of the year? Can't be my truck or trailer. New truck 20k and clean. Flatbed 2 yrs old that I only use maybe twice a year. Oh well 2 clean level 3s don't hurt make record

 

They were thicker than love bugs during mating season today from Austin to Dallas.

 

Is there a definitive date for the new HOS rules to go into effect? Or are we just gonna have to keep suffering with the bs we have now?

 

There are no new HOS rules in the pipeline...

Well there is some testing on some types of split sleeper, but nothing more.
