Both of them. Wind was 90 degree to the trailer and road covered with ice. Was sliding sides two times. Thank God was able to recover it strait before no return point. Wyoming was almost dry, at least one line was and wind mostly head on. Only one bad spot was on the top and down to Laramie.

 

Geesh... sitting here with truck rocking from gusts.
Weather says still gusts to 36mph.
HWY’s near i80 gone to impassable.
Even though the storm itself is over.
Hoping to head out ASAP. Can’t bring myself to do it yet.
Only got 120 miles to north platte. Still looking like nothing but trouble.

 

Had to decline the job offer until spring. No one wants to plow our 1000 foot driveway. Not even the wife. She claims it is too technical to operate a plow truck. Also one driveway has me under a contract that would be costly to quit on short notice. If they are still looking for drivers in the spring time, no problem. For now I must stay home to keep the wife happy with plowing.

 

Started vaping. Moving away from cigars.
Really liking it. Mostly don’t inhale like cigars. Using lowest nicotine content. Lack of nicotine causing wanting cigar. So started inhaling some. Takes care of that. Really liking it. Bunch of good flavors. Could move to no smoking at all from this?
I just use one vape shop suggested. It’s easy. Also love it’s just like a zippo lighter. I fool around with it a lot. Opening and closing each time. Like that a lot.
They highly suggest not going to those big vape thingy’s at first at least. Maybe not at all for me? I’m happy with this. Also... it ain’t no Bong. Can’t see taking a Bong hit.

 

Where you located??? I just came frome North Platte headed east... 4.5 hour from North Platte to Grand Island... Road were absolutely ####!!!! A time or 2 I was brealing drifts and pushing snow with the bumper. From Grand Island east it was smooth sailing.

 

Ive never seen so many trucks in the ditch in such a short period of time... It was crazy out there on I-80 in central NE. Glad I pushed through though, as I see they just closed the road.

Last night I was in a ground blizzard from about Rawlins to North Platte... Tonight 80 was drifted completely over on several places... A fe places it was basically 1 lane.
