What if it Snows?

Wish I took pictures of the spread we had last night — annual goose feed prepared by the local Chinese shop — 5 courses of total Chinese delight — 50lbs of goose.

 

Well it seems the wife freaked yet again. When I pulled the pump? I some how cleared it so the pump could move more water than it was before. It pumped the basement dry in a half hour. Yes it is a very good pump. Yet the wife said the pump was making a loud noise (couldnt hear it during the raid). So the wife and I went downstairs and realised that when we reset the pump in the hole, the float wasnt able to move and the pump was running dry.

Oh the joys of having a easily excitable wife. She can be so much fun. She may be feeling sheepish at her mistakes. I just laugh it off and give her a hug. The sump is in the floor. The yellow hose coming down from the first floor is the simmer pump in the shower. The diagonal yellow pole is a pokey stick that we can stab at the float to make sure the float isnt binding up.

 

And yes, I have since cleaned the camera lense to get rid of the white blots in the pictures

 

Off the subject, but after changing his mind about 10 times, the boy finally took the oath to be a squid — it was a happy day. Spent the day packing his crap and officially broke his plate at dinner this evening.

Not yet, but the girls were always fun, probably still are. Aircraft Structural Mechanic sounds a lot better than Infantry Man IMHO.

 

Mormon girls like "soaking"
