If you have no information to pass on, not worth the time.

A pyrex dish and tin foil. No it's been quite cold. Doing my road work with a long john top and flannel on.

20200101_134822.jpg 20200101_093613.jpg road is closed on I-80 Wyoming. No new snow here, but the 65 mph winds are moving plenty of old snow.

Tuesday, was blowing good. Snow drifting and strong gusts, from Rawlins to Evanston. 60, 70 mph gusts. Made for a fun ride, running empty.
The storm that was on the western side of the Wasatch should be rolling across western and mid state Wyoming about now.

Lol, did you notice the camera images of the road?

The roads aren't even covered with snow. Not even slushy... :(

The bridges are what they worry about. It's their new S.O.P. if they close the road. You can get out if you're on either side of Elk. But no one is getting in. Especially on the weekend, they don't want to shell out the coin for the OT.

They say it's because they don't want the limited facilities so overwhelmed.

Seen this movie, always the same ending. They'll open it tomorrow around 1000 if there's no new snow, or the big one.

Yeah. I left Idaho late yesterday. I was hoping to get to Cheyenne, but with 2 hours left on the clock and high winds I was afraid I'd end up at a rest area.

Somebody had to really try to mess up on roads like this.... But someone did.

Now we all pay for it. :tard:
