    Was @ 104 here today. Supposed to be the same all week. Humidity is down to the mid 30% so it's not really that bad. Lot better than this morning with 75 degrees and 80% humidity. I was going to go fishing but I worked up a sweat just walking to my pickup.

    Had the windows open last night. Was 67 this morning. Felt very nice. Currently 81 and 58% humititty.

    It was actually closer to three(3) weeks, but I did that local load.

    Lost about eight(8) pounds. Did that fast. Seriously dieted, and got back into exercise.

    I was pretty worn down.

    Think I'm going to do this run over to THE COMMUNIST STATE then just come back to The Casa Del OM, and keep on improving.
