Sure you can. It just means getting wet! Grin.
Now I have to work in the cold getting this crank out to the machine shop. I have to stubborn bolts that are refusing to be loosened. All because the hole on the bell housing plate isnt a inch larger. More work sigh.

Looked up maxforce gaskets as a suggestion said I should. Nope, not paying $300+ for gaskets that everyone else will sell for less than $80.

The acceptability of Loves is very location dependent.

I am hoping the reopening of the one in Tacoma will take some of the pressure of the one in Napavine. Problem for us is those are the first 2 not PFJ majors on I5 south of the Canadian border

    WesternPlains Thanks this.

I don't buy fuel there anymore but get tires at the local speedco. A couple of times a year they put a month of diamond status on me.

Brought a pre-prepared loaded baked potato with me for lunch. Stuck it in my new lunch box oven and 30min later it was warm enough to have melted the cheese and be ready to eat. Good thing, cause Ive been at the steel manf. for an hour and a half, and I bet I wont be out of here till 2:30.

Atleast Im not somewhere terrible where its raining :D

I hate doing business with Brazilians.. "this is not America..." that's what my lawyer friend keeps telling me...
Here, you try to get some labor job done, they give you the price, set appointment, you have to pay some in advance, they don't show up, increase the price after the job has started, don't do it right and don't get if fixed if you don't pay some more.... if they get upset with you, they screw you over even more.... and there's no law here, no consumer protection.. you can't trust anybody.... If you don't get a reference from someone, you take a lot of risk.... doing business with someone you don't know...
Some have nice websites, but when you check their location, it is a little garage door with no sign, no nothing.... pretty scummy.... :angry2: Gotta be very careful here... and don't say that I live in the USA... :biggrin_1square1:

Well I got one of the two allen socket bolts to come out. The wife last summer tore down the curtain I had going across the stairwell to upstairs. Now I cant heat the garage anymore due to her thoughtfulness. Sigh. Tried using a easyout. It was too small for the hole. I was grinding off a little bit and checking it against the one bolt that did remove.

So that didnt work. Now I am attempting to drill out the center. Hopefully I can cut the head of the bolt off with a drill. Alas these new milwaukee drills wont hold the edge like my older hanson drills. Now I have two sets of blunt drills. The hardware shop where I used to go has changed owners and the gal that owns Anderson's Hardware and Marine of Sullivan doesnt like to stock the drills.

No I still dont have the crank out. My hands are cold after 3 hours in the garage. Yes I had a 50k BTU heater running less than 4 feet away. If the intelligent wife left the tarp up it would have been 70F in there. Alas it only got 5 degrees warmer in the garage than the outside temp of 12F.
