Under part III Recommendations, I found this bit that explains the financial incentive for retaining OPT/Student Visa people:

"Moreover, employers hiring OPT workers are not liable for payroll taxes, meaning a company can hire a foreign graduate for significantly less than a U.S. graduate."

I'm a strong believer in follow the money, and not paying payroll taxes is a pretty strong incentive to discriminate against qualified candidates that had the misfortune of being born here.

 

So I went by the furniture store and looked at chairs for the 50th time. This might be the one. This one has medical grade vinyl in case I #### my pants. It can be had without power and fabric vs vinyl. Brand is Best. Nine hundred forty nine (949) bux.
