    It’s hot here.
    I couldn’t justify the added cost of spray foam insulation everywhere so this will have to do.

    But they foamed by the floor joists and the walls and ceiling of my “cellar room”.
    I hung the cement board in there Saturday,

    Actually? The return you get on spray foam is worth it. Our house has it and glad we did. We burn about 150 gallons a year for fuel oil.

    Well my efforts at attaining tucker's level of physical fitness have paid off.

    Got my 2 year card.

    I think the more astonishing thing is I had a to go box earlier with my standard giant mountain of bacon and two 24 ounce cups of high caffeine coffee, and my BP was still like 130/80.

    I told the doctor I feel old, sick, and feeble.

    He almost laughed.

    No one believes anything I say. Except the cats.
