It was a beautiful sunny and hot day here in Cabo Frio and in Unamar, where my old house is.... Now it's 80F no rain, humidity is 90% and wind is 13 mph.... this weather reminds me of FL in the summer...

 

Hope thats not broken or damaged, you would already know if it was. I should know from last year.

Get it looked at by a bone surgeon if you can get one brought to you.

My hip failed and fractured at the top like a dropped crystal. Then I punched the joint and collapsed it when I stomped that leg into cement slab to stop a proper fall. Docs replaced the whole thing. We are just waiting for the blood supply to fail on the other joint so can replace that too and get the healing out of the way.

That first step is a lulu.

Miami is 25 degree north of the equator, Cabo Frio is about 23 degrees south.

At 70 miles per degree both cities are close to the same distance from the equator and surrounded by water.

 

SHE is in summer. The earth has tilted the northern hemisphere away from the sun about 21 Dec.

Summers below the quator on the earth is the same time as our American winters.

 

I might admit its been too long since I seen the sea. We might be able to do something about that before long.
