Yeah.. if only had I brought that with me to Brasil... I might have passed with that in my luggage thru customs...
Melatonin is not sold in Brasil.. it has to be imported... and one has to register online with ANVISA which is a government agency such as FDA and then one has to get prescription from a doctor specifying quantity, name of product, how to take it, etc, etc, etc and then send the paperwork with a request to ANVISA and wait a month or more to get their approval so to import that...
I would rather take tons of chamomile tea.. it might work some....
