What if it Snows?

Maybe i40 and pickup us54 in tucumcari to kansas then pickup 35 in whicita and 80 from there or pickup i70 in kansas city and over to i55. Im not sure how much the toll is on 35 in wichita but i routed around it a couple weeks ago on kansas99 and up to i70 and its not to bad of a road, Just takes a little bit more time.

That was the southern route when I was teaming at yellow. A lot of rough weather on those roads.

 

... and even worse weather across 80.

 

Yeah me personally i just like to avoid all the steering wheel holders when bad weather is around. The weather isnt wat bothers me its all the bad drivers that put it in the ditch and crash into u that worries me

 

Oh definitely. I know my vehicle will be handled properly. I can't speak for others.

 

I am the same way... I took a week off a few eeks ago when my wife had surgery so I could help with the kids amd house stuff. I had some SERIOUS anxiety driving her car around while running errands... Cars make me feel so small.

I'll let y'all know in the morning... I just came out of Chicago and it was raining so hard you could barely see the road.

 

Oh good. Something to look forward to as I head back.

 

I80 was nasty yesterday in NE and into IA. Took 29 north to 30.
Was surprised... headed out of Denison on 30 to Carroll, then to Atlantic, near i80. Roads in good shape. Some snow. But lots of clean and dry.
About to end my 10. Head back west on i80. So I’ll see...

 

Don’t forget...
If ya take that highway out of Tucumcari up to Liberal. That’s a speed trap north side of Tucumcari.
Also HWY patrol watches closely in Oklahoma.
