upload_2026-10-29_19-52-24.jpeg Better pic of the little Mack I rode to CA for about a year. Avatar not as clear. Got some old B61 shots and drivers if I can find.

Fully loaded and chained down threats work miracles. When you have just right then got enough and they sense it for certain.

Mr Evans had took it to the extreme of counseling me leaning on a parking meter in front of the loan office in Grenada, MS.
"You disagree with us on so many things, Mr. Johnson...." I replied, "That is the ###### truth. Lets go inside and count the cash."

First thing you did leaving a loan company was count the cash on hand; with a 3rd party (the cashier) witness, and get a signed, dated, timed receipt. "Other" scoundrels abound when you are gone and it is convenient to lay shortages to you.

36 hours later, I was on ITT Aetna's payroll, with orders to report to their Clarksdale office for orientation and where to place. With a nice raise.
That is what brought me to Tupelo in 72. This ole wagon wheel has rolled thru that kinda shxt more than once.

Yeah, and just pity @Judge in his recent acquisition with the leaky top of door... Come summer like we had, he can pull the doors and lower half of the hood and rnake it like a cool log truck..... MS style, the old K8's and 10's or a ragged LJ Mack coming out of B'ham. Haming in style...
