Ok. 1337 miles into the Indiana trip, the planner will not be given a second chance BTW, and there was snow. Snow like 19 mofo's. 400 miles worth. 250 miles of REALLY f'd up highway, and what made it so f'd up was the 4 PRIME SLUGS, 1 CRETE, 1 CRE, doing like 35 or 45 tops when they should be doing 60ish. AND The convoy of Happy Planet or whatever they are called oversized SLUGS, also crawling, crawling, crawling down the highway. Once you get by all that, well, just stay in Otay Mesa. Be afraid. Be very, very afraid. Some dude in a nice 780 I just parked next to is going "OH WOW MAN!!!! YOU DRIVE IN A LOT OF SNOW EH?!?!" Lulz. Wouldn't have it any other way. OH GOD. WHAT IF IT SNOWS MORE????
Ok. 1948 miles into the Indiana trip, a trip that shall live in infamy, there was no snow today. Temp was 4F to 32F, and Casper is about 98% de-iced. Trailer about 90%. Saw another Bigfoot. In the grassy plains part of South Dakota. Unfortunately by the time I parked, e-log updated so I could log off duty, taking picture of Bigfoot, he was gone. Now on the wrong side of the Mississippi River. #itdidn'tlookthatfar Can't edit my posts for some reason, but it was like 4F to 14F yesterday. Confident I am heading the right way now. Stay in Otay Mesa. Be afraid. Very aftaid. What if it snows now?? OH GOD!!!!!!
Turned on the A.C. just after turning off I30 toward US59....... I would urge you to reconcile with the dispatcher if they follow that load up with a good southerly bound load.
Well. Already have one planned. But it was the same F/U'd planner. It goes real close to the house, but may need to round trip, I'll know in the morning, and I really don't wanna RT it right now.
