    I’m down again.
Got a recipe for clear ice.
Everyone driving real slow. Flashers on. continue through the night.
Right at 32. Rain supposed to turn to snow later.
    Gusty winds.
Hope they appreciate my being careful.
As usual... all OP replied was “be careful”
They don’t want me to tell them my delivery will be late. Then she has to fill out a report. Just deliver late.

Trucks are stacking on the ends at this truck stop. There’s an open spot two trucks to the right of me. Doh!

Oh... I picked up some strawberry cream cheese and guacamole.
Made a feast out of a wallyworld turkey sandwich.
I’m getting bad with comfort food.

I’ll just taste it, for better accuracy. I’m all in this time around, actually enjoyed getting it done. Even helped out a bit. Unlike last Overhaul I had. I watched a lot of the work get done. It was pretty cool, I must say, even learned a few things along the way.

Oh the horror! I’m almost out of strawberry cream cheese! Goes really fast on cantaloupe chunks. Guacamole not so good. But really good on sliced smoked ham. Got shrimp flirting with the strawberry cream cheese. Good thing I’ll be at 3 wallyworlds tomorrow.

The driver manager sent out an email on this weather. She don’t work nights.

that's what we do with any of ours after an inframe. hook onto our 32 wheel lowbed combination, load our 644 JD loader on it, and run it back and forth through the Peace River valley a dozen times. work the piss out of it and get 'er good and hot...that's what they like.

I got a friggin' seat belt ticket today. county cop pulled me over on a back road where I was going to load and raked me over the coals. couldn't find anything wrong with my paperwork or equipment, so he gave me a $155 coupon for not wearing my seat belt. fakk

There is a Vast difference between run it in hard, and abusing it.

My dump was glazed and lazy when i got it.
3 years on it pulls like a train because i work the motor hard, but never abuse it.

The big difference between me and a seat warmer, is I do my own work when things break.
That and a big dose of mechanical sympathy allows me to lean on things HARD, but not abuse them. its a fine line.
