Peelot is changing the name of all Flying J's to Peelot.

Now generations of young truckers will never understand the power or importance of the Flying J song.

Do I have to give money back?

    Freight bill said 30,000#.

Actual load and BOL is 3300#. I asked the shipper is this correct, it’s awful light?

yup. Hauled ### out of the office sealed and locked the trailer. I don’t kno nuthin. LOL

They can have money back when they pry it from warm, soft hands.

That reminds me of a container mystery once.

Someone walked into the thing and then walks off. Comes to my cab and says Im good to go.

    ?

    Don't worry driver, it's just a box.

    !

A box. All of that for a box. Must be some box.

Sounds like that mystery load we had from Connecticut. 2500# at a secure facility to Washington state. It left a secure facility, it ended up in a truck lot near Seattle. The yard we dumped that trailer was the most unsecure spot ever. God will have to tell me on judgemnt day what it was.

Not burritos, but on the subject of food:

Went to the bar-b-q rib place at the far end of the parking lot at the Oak Grove 70.

Inside there's a Canadian trucker couple. The guy says, "You GOTTA get the 'Trucker Special'!"

I usually just get the pulled pork, but it sounded a little like a dare......

Full rack of ribs with two half-pint sides. (Green Beans, Mac-n-Cheese)

Awesome! But I am JUST NOW, 20 hours later, feeling a bit peckish.

I stuffed my face pretty good at The Petro in York last Saturday with barbecue. They had just changed over to lunch. I got 2 to go boxes with brisket and ribs. One filled with brocolli and mac and cheese. $23.

Man was it good. Or man was I hungry.

Anyway the ravens at the Love's in Wamsetter got the bones and the scraps lol.
