I've been on this low carb diet for 3 months now. Except for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners (and deserts) I've been sticking with it pretty close. Lost @38 lbs. I found I can eat a decent amount of some veggies everyday. Like spinach, asparagus, cauliflower and broccoli. Anyway, I don't eat like this everyday but this is what my wife made for dinner tonight. Maybe 14 grams of carbs.
