Yep thats what ive noticed as well. Go to some small metal or fabrication shop , get the steel off my trailer real fast. Works with jobsites to. The bigger the jobsite the longer it takes to get unloaded and the bigger chance not 1 person knows what their doing lol

Cummins engine easy to work with. You can do a lot by yourself, all manuals are open. Every visit to shop for Detroit code reading will cost you. Result is the same as palm reader visit.

Well Casper is at Cummins. Lots of oooooo's and ahhhhh's actually lol.

It's good, but not good. Seem like very knowledgeable folks.

Why the ooooo's and ahhhh's are bad -
Cause Casper is basically original, I mean original everything. So lot's of " Can't believe you never, blah, blah."
Strongly advised to change the head on the fuel pump. One code is low fuel pressure.

Why ooooo's and ahhhh's are good-
They all attribute about 75% of the engine going to 700K stock to the driver.:hello1:

Now a couple of the guys with lots of experience say they doubt that all is lost, whatever this turns out to be, because they've been listening to engines for yay many years, and it just sounds really healthy.

Again the bad part is though, if I'm at all these unbelievable mile stones, how long until bigger components start to fail?

So an overhaul may get done.

A complete overhaul by the way, complete, is about $32K out the door.

It's just a comcheck. No need to bother with the atm card.
