    I agree. I don't like being heavier than I have to be. Nothing over 190.

    Walking is a little more of a chore with that new joint. The more you walk and move every day it's well. If you sit around or stay in bed sick it locks up over time.

    If I got that big I would be dead just like some of my family who did. One I think was about 38, he hit 500 and they had to cut him out and he was DOA anyway when his body finally got too big for the heart to support. We were told the Crematorium burned three hours, about twice the usual for him.

    2x big ### 18ft long I-beams
    A mini excavator
    A skidsteer

    We have winter in Fayetteville and storms later on here Two seasons in one day today.

    Most of the time it's a minor annoyance but any time its making snow and ice here in this state it's worth watching.
