Yeah... but it's necessary to know who is who and have access to the right people otherwise that's not possible.

BTW... the other day I was at the Receita Federal building in the big city of Rio... that's the Brazilian IRS... and this caught my attention... this is the public lady's restroom there.... :biggrin_2552:

    20200210_122300.jpg

And they have the audacity to put a sign on the door saying that keeping the restroom clean collaborates with good health.... Yeah right... But they don't seem to clean the darn place... :angry2: one can see bloody toilet paper on the floor and the trash can was overflowing... and the toilet wasn't flushing and there was no water in the sink...
And it's like that almost everywhere... most government buildings here.... running down... and dirty...
The other day I went to the Secretaria de Fazenda of Rio... another big government building... where they keep piles and piles of paper records on tables behind their desks... and the A/C pipes on the ceiling were leaking on top of their tables... and the system goes down constantly and the employees attending the public don't know how to explain things or don't want to bother... and processes take months and months if not years to come to an end. Because documents sit for weeks on somebody's desk and then some more weeks at someone else's desk so forth and so on for months and months and months...

Sorry for deviating from the topic of this thread.. I will go back to my stuff now.. Y'all have a good one and stay safe..

Rocks you should have seen some of the Canadian Customs Brokers at the Winsdor Customs Property. PIles of papers to the ceiling surrounding the people inside the offices while printers add more and more on top of stacks of boxes containing 10,000 fresh copy papers wedged in between oceans of ink.

Without fail they have turned away from their desk and picked the exact papers I needed for my exact load on demand. I have always been blown away by that. Ive gone in there since 1992 and frankly the paper mountains just get bigger and higher.
