1st off dont listen to other drivers. Most of them swear the sky is falling every day. I have drivers at my co that keep talking about how slow it is, yet my truck NEVER sits between loads...oh actually I sat for 2hrs last Monday in between dropping off, fueling and reloading.

I just went to our yearly safety meeting on Sat. They hired 30 new trucks/drivers this last year. The goal was 100. This year the goal again is 100 new trucks and/or drivers. Yet those same lease operators swear we dont have enough freight to keep busy. We cant add freight when we dont have the truck capacity to cover it.

Ask that driver if its so bad there, why doesn't he leave? Bet his answer isn't very good.

I'm sorry... I'll watch for your obituary this week.

I parked at the Lake Station J once... NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Scariest night of my life... Bunch of weirdos and crack heads wandering around in shorts and teeshirts... In the middle of winter!!!
