you must be pulling a van on mostly flat terrain.lovesthedrive, D.Tibbitt, Dave_in_AZ and 4 others Thank this. -
Van and flat, van I carry HVAC ducting so 12,000 lb ave. Flat I take their equipment back and forth from CA to ID. Go over Donner then to Twin Falls twice a week so not too flat but being lightly loaded and doing 65mph most the time definitely helps for sure.RidgeRunner731, lovesthedrive, dwells40 and 3 others Thank this.

There was more Carnaval in Brasil today... 38 floats this weekend in the city of Rio n only... Saturday there were floats in several locations and hundreds of thousands of people partying and singing and dancing with the floats in the city of Rio... I wasn't there...
stayed in my hotel apartment... left only to run some errands... it has been drizzling all day long here in Cabo Frio...
Tomorrow there will be 19 more floats in the city of Rio.... if I had money, I would have stayed in my empty apartment there this weekend just to watch that all....
Here some still images from Carnaval in Rio this Saturday...
475 thousand people watching a float in downtown Rio this Saturday...
This is a short video I copied from the TV news about Anitta's float in downtown Rio and a ladies' band in Copacabana... it's all in Portuguese but it gives an idea of the crowd and the music...
Sunday it will be the BIG last parade of the Schools of Samba winners of Carnaval parade...
And Monday the whole country goes back to normal life....Last edited: Mar 1, 2020

Replacements. You have to replace the entire assembly. $25 each. The two that got replaced were completely filled with water. Happened last year when the global warming drought ended.RidgeRunner731, lovesthedrive, InTooDeep and 3 others Thank this.

We would be out six weeks before the truck supplies started running out. However food was the one item that was rather easy to have go bad if we did not consume the perishables within say 3 days. Milk in particular. We did have a cooler in one of the cabinets that did a wonderful job but did not freeze. It was only able to get 40 degrees below whatever the air temp was in the truck (Around 75 or so give or take) We did keep a case or two of MRE's and those were pretty stuffed with calories, take one of those and split with between the two of us sometimes. Otherwise we get fat.
