    Avocados come in many sizes in Brasil... and they make smoothies with avocado + milk + any other fruit you want in it... and I love sweet avocado cream made with milk and honey (or sugar for those who use it)... it's DELICIOUS! :p

    I wish there were green cocos in America for sale at supermarkets and truck stops... those coco water are a great source of mineral salts and vitamins.... and if you are hungry, they can fill you up... Every time that I got some nasty intestine virus or any other virus in Brasil and didn't feel like eating anything, I drank green coco nut water all day and that helped to heal my body very quickly.... that's what many people do down there... it works every time... :biggrin_25519:
